SkyCatsFit account deletion

How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your SkyCatsFit Club account and related server-side service data through the protected contact form.
Open account deletion request form
What to include in your request
To help us find your server-side account, include:
- your SkyCatsFit ID, if it is available in the app or web account;
- your recovery e-mail, if you added one;
- a short request: “Please delete my SkyCatsFit Club account”.
What server-side data is deleted
Account deletion removes SkyCatsFit Club server-side service data where technically possible and where retention is not required for security or legal reasons:
- Club account / SkyCatsFit ID;
- linked devices;
- recovery e-mail and verification status;
- Premium status and related service metadata;
- QR sign-in sessions;
- support requests and service history when retention is no longer required.
What the server does not store and cannot delete
SkyCatsFit does not store the trainer’s working database on the server. Clients, workouts, schedule, exercises, workout history, finance records and working notes are stored locally on your device.
Therefore, deleting the server-side account does not delete local data from the Android app. To delete local app data, delete it inside the app or clear the app data using Android settings.
If no recovery e-mail was added
If the account has no recovery e-mail, deletion is possible only when there is another way to identify the account: SkyCatsFit ID, access to the web account, or confirmation through a linked device.
If the user cannot provide a SkyCatsFit ID, recovery e-mail, and does not have access to a linked device or web account, support cannot reliably determine which account should be deleted. In that case, we will not delete any accounts in order to avoid deleting someone else’s data by mistake.
