These legal documents are provided in English. If you do not understand them, please do not use SkyCatsFit until you obtain a reliable translation or independent advice.

1. Local-first data principle

SkyCatsFit is designed as a local-first Android app for fitness trainers. The trainer’s working database is intended to stay on the user’s device, not in a SkyCatsFit cloud database.

Clients, workouts, schedule, exercise history, exercises, workout templates, financial records and notes created inside the app are not stored on the SkyCatsFit server as a central working database.

2. Data that may be stored on the SkyCatsFit server

The SkyCatsFit server may store service metadata needed to operate Club, Premium, access recovery, QR sign-in and support features. This may include:

SkyCatsFit account or Club identifier;
linked device records and device-related metadata;
Premium status and license-related metadata;
optional recovery email and email verification status;
QR sign-in sessions and related technical status;
support tickets, support messages and support status;
technical logs required for security, diagnostics and service protection.

3. Recovery email

A recovery email may be used to restore Club or Premium access on a new device. Providing a recovery email may be optional for normal app usage, but it may be required for account or Premium recovery.

4. Backups and exports

SkyCatsFit may provide backup, restore, export or sharing features inside the app. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, such backups are controlled by the user and are not automatically stored as a SkyCatsFit cloud database.

If the user sends or saves a backup through email, messaging apps, file storage or another third-party service, that third-party service may process the backup according to its own rules and privacy practices.

5. Website, APK download and cookies

When visiting the SkyCatsFit website or downloading the APK, the server may receive standard technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser type, device type and similar server log data.

The website may use cookies and session data for technical purposes, including web account access, QR sign-in, form protection and basic security.

The website may use privacy-friendly web analytics, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand page visits, referral sources, countries, browsers and basic site performance. This helps improve the public website and APK download flow.

6. AI Helper and OpenAI API

AI Helper is a Premium app feature that works with a BYOK model: the user connects their own OpenAI API key. OpenAI API usage is not included in SkyCatsFit Premium and is paid by the user separately.

Data sent through AI Helper to the OpenAI API is not part of a SkyCatsFit cloud database. The user decides whether to enable AI Helper and is responsible for understanding how the connected third-party API processes data.

7. Support communications

If the user contacts SkyCatsFit support, the content of the support request and related messages may be stored and processed in order to answer the request, keep request history and improve support quality.

8. Data sharing

SkyCatsFit does not sell user data. Data may be shared only when needed to operate the service, provide support, protect the service, comply with lawful requirements, or when the user initiates such sharing.

9. Data safety and user responsibility

Because the working database is stored locally on the user’s device, the user is responsible for device safety, access protection, backups and careful handling of exported files.

10. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as SkyCatsFit evolves. The current version is published on this page.
