1. Product status

By using the SkyCatsFit website, app, Club, Premium features or support, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.

2. App purpose

SkyCatsFit is a productivity and organization tool for fitness trainers. It helps manage schedules, clients, workouts, exercises, templates, tasks, finance-related notes and related trainer workflow.

SkyCatsFit does not replace the user’s professional judgement, legal obligations, client communication, fitness qualifications, medical judgement or safety responsibilities.

3. Free, Club and Premium

The base version of the app may be available for free and may include usage limits. SkyCatsFit Club may unlock additional Club features for free, including removal of some base limits and access to the web account.

Premium adds additional features. The exact Premium feature set, price, duration and availability may change as the product evolves.

4. Local working database

The trainer working database is stored locally on the user’s device. SkyCatsFit is not a cloud storage service for client databases, schedules, finances, exercises or workout history.

The user is responsible for protecting the device, creating backups, exporting data when needed and keeping backup files safe.

5. APK installation

SkyCatsFit may be distributed as an APK file from the SkyCatsFit website. The user decides whether to download and install the APK on their device.

The user should make sure the APK is downloaded from the official SkyCatsFit website and should follow their device security settings and platform rules.

6. AI Helper and BYOK

AI Helper is available as a Premium feature and works with the BYOK model: the user connects their own OpenAI API key.

OpenAI API usage cost is not included in SkyCatsFit Premium and is paid by the user separately according to OpenAI’s own terms, pricing and policies.

7. Support

Support may be provided through the website, web account or app-related tools. Club and Premium users may have different support levels.

Response times may depend on workload, user status, the nature of the request and technical availability.

8. User responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app, for professional decisions made when working with clients, and for complying with applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations in their location.

The user is also responsible for ensuring that they are allowed to use SkyCatsFit and any connected third-party services in their jurisdiction.

9. No universal jurisdiction guarantee

SkyCatsFit is not guaranteed to meet every legal, tax, employment, consumer protection, privacy or professional requirement in every country or region. If local compliance is important for the user, the user should obtain local advice before using SkyCatsFit for their work.

10. Limitation of responsibility

SkyCatsFit is provided as a tool and may contain errors, interruptions or incomplete features. SkyCatsFit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or app, absence of errors, or data preservation if the device is damaged, lost or replaced without a backup.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as SkyCatsFit evolves. The current version is published on this page.
